General Terms & Turnaround Time
♡ All my work is non refundable.♡ I usually will stream my work. If you are not okay with this please say so.♡ I take payment through my payhip or my paypal. I require some payment upfront.♡ If I do not feel like I can work with your commission, or it isnt my style, I may not accept it.♡ I do not typically work with deadlines, so please do not rush me. Typically I try to finish work within 3-5 weeks. I do not work on commissions on weekends!♡ If you need a commission with a deadline, or faster turnaround time, I offer a rush fee of 50% the total cost.
By purchasing from me or commissioning me you automatically accept my terms!
Shop Terms

୨୧ If a future update causes issues with my products/avatars, I may not update them nor am i responsible.୨୧ Taking and reusing any of my edits is prohibited.୨୧ Streaming, Pictures, and any other Social Media use is permitted with credit.୨୧ Distributing files in anyway is prohibited. Sending to a friend, having someone else upload, or paying someone to edit the files who does not also have a valid license will be regarded as leaking.୨୧ This model is only permitted to use for users 18+.୨୧ Do not claim my model as your own. Please credit me (Rxsii).୨୧ Never remove any logos I place on the models without permission.୨୧ Publishing these models as public is prohibited.୨୧ Importing, remaking, redistributing, publishing, trading, leaking, price-splitting, is prohibited. One purchase is for one person only!୨୧ Refunds of my avatars are NOT provided as these are digital products.୨୧ You must properly fill out the questions at checkout or it will invalidate your license. I will remove your access to the product and my shop.
Avatar Commission Terms

୨୧ Must be 18+.୨୧ Will not include paid packages (shaders, dps, etc).୨୧ Can not be resold or shared with friends.୨୧ Can not pull assets. All assets will be gifted under my name if I do not own them.୨୧ Payment is done half upfront and half when finished. If you backout prior to finishing, the first half is non-refundable! After completion, the second payment also becomes nonrefundable!୨୧ If the commission will be your main OC, or used for streaming, you MUST credit me.୨୧ I do not typically make much from scratct but I can try or we can outsource!୨୧ This is for personal use only! You may not resell my work. If you plan to make this your main OC for commercial purposes in the future (related to streaming/merch) please mention this so we can discuss it. I require credit at least.୨୧ I will not replicate other creators styles! I only make avatars in my current style. Old edits of mine can be requested but I may not use all of them! I get burnt out working on a model that doesn't look like my current quality/style.
I only accept 3-4 commissions a month.

Avatar Commissions
Price - Starts at $200 + cost of assets!
Base Price Includes:
♡ [PC] Base Avatar using Physbones
♡ 2 Outfits + 1 Lingerie Set
♡ 2 Hairstyles
♡ 2 Shoes
♡ 8 Accessories (Ear/Tail sets count as 1)
♡ Basic Facial Expressions
♡ Basic Hair/Eye/Skin Customization. Black/White Outfit Swap if applicable.
♡ Basic Interacts (Headpat/Noseboop/Smack)
♡ Gogo & SPSAdditional Charges:
♡ Additional Outfits/Clothes - +$10 per (limit of 4-5 total)
♡ Additional Hairs - + $10 per (limit of 4)
♡ Additional Accessories - +5 per
♡ Additional Customization (Colorshifts/Blendshapes/Lashes) - +20 per menu
-(ex: Lashes Menu / Color Menu / Split Hair Color / Split Eye Color / Etc )
♡ Additional Toggles - TBD Depending On Toggle (props/acc/interacts)
♡ Quest Converted - +$20
♡ Optimized Versions (for clubs etc) - +20
♡ Additional Headswap or other Body Customization - +$25 per
♡ Custom Face/Body Sculpts for your comm will be an additional $25. Or we can use sculpts from avatars I've made.
♡ More Optimized; This is what I do with my sale avatars. This doesnt make the avatar Green, but lowers the total Mesh counts,Texture memory, Polycount, Etc. I can aim to get them below a certain number if you need. This takes me a lot of extra work which is why it is priced higher. (+50 depending on limit!)Typical work time is 3-5 weeks at most. I offer a rush fee of 50% the total cost if you need it sooner.I will work with you to plan the avatar out, once everything is decided on and the commission is more than 75% done in blender, I will not make changes. If you need stuff changed past that point, I will charge for them!You will receive a full quote before work begins. I request 50% before and the rest at the end. If you back out before the commission is finished, the first payment is non-refundable. After work is complete and delivered, and second payment has been made, both payments become non-refundable. You are responsible for downloading and saving your Unity file somewhere safe after completion.Please have a mood board/references ready for your commission so I have something to work with. You can also request specific assets! Depending on what you are looking for, if I feel I cannot do what you are looking for I will decline the commission. ♡
Head/Body Base Edits
Price - $25 Personal / $50 Commercial
♡ You must have image references. I will not duplicate or copy another creators style or my own!
♡ You must credit me.
♡ Texture Edits can be requested, but may add to the price depending on complexity.
♡ I allow 2 revisions before charging for further updates.
Avatar Edits
Price - Starts at $40
♡ I will only make a limited amount of changes, massive edits will be regarded as full Avatar commissions and will be priced as so.
♡ I will not change the entire avatar. I will only add on stuff as the parameter space allows. Swaps have a limit of 2-3 per Hairs/Outfits/Acc, totally to 8 changes max.
♡ I most likely will not edit the quest side of the avatar as there is already limited quest space. You can ask but it will be an additional $20.
♡ Base price includes the 8 swaps, unless they require a lot of blendshape work. Additional swaps/addons are $5 per.
♡ Base & Head swaps/edits are considered a swap. Custom head edits/body edits cost an additional $10, otherwise we can pull edits from other avatars I've made.
