General Terms & Turnaround Time

♡ Failure to follow my TOS will result is loss of access to my products/commission, and you may no longer use them commercially/streaming/etc.♡ You must credit me for my work. This applies to all my products and commissions. (ex. Head Edit by Rxsi) and a link to my store.♡ All my work is non refundable.♡ I usually will stream my work. If you are not okay with this please say so.♡ I take payment through my payhip or my paypal. I require some payment upfront.♡ If I do not feel like I can work with your commission, or it isnt my style, I may not accept it.♡ I do not typically work with deadlines, so please do not rush me. Typically I try to finish work within 3-5 weeks. I do not work on commissions on weekends!♡ If you need a commission with a deadline, or faster turnaround time, I offer a rush fee of 50% the total cost.♡ Any use of Our Service and/or information for malicious intent, that be including but not limited to using Our Information and/or Our Service for any reasons other than what is described in our terms of service and privacy policy, further legal actions WILL be required to be taken upon You and any other parties involved. If TOS/rules are found to be broken you and/or anyone involved is subject to DMCA, blacklist, and having your Discord/Vrchat/Email blacklisted from my store/services and other creators stores.♡ NONE of my work is to be used in other games. If I make something for VRChat, it should only be used on VRChat. If you want to use it on another platform, or for streaming, PLEASE contact me first to check if it is okay. As is I do not allow my work on other platforms aside from VRChat and streaming use.

By purchasing from me or commissioning or purchasing from me you automatically accept ALL terms listed on my site and sale pages !

I only accept 3-4 VR commissions a month.

Price - Starts at $250 + cost of assets!

Base Price Includes:

♡ 2 Outfits + 1 Lingerie Set
♡ 2 Hairstyles
♡ 2 Shoes
♡ 8 Accessories (Ear/Tail sets count as 1)
♡ Basic Facial Expressions
♡ Full Hair/Eye/Skin Customization. Black/White Outfit Swap if applicable.
♡ Usual Makeup/Detail toggles as my sale avatars (Freckles/Blush/LipPart)
♡ Basic Interacts (Headpat/Noseboop/Smack)
♡ Gogo & SPSAdditional Charges:
♡ Additional Outfits/Clothes - +$10 per (limit of 4-5 total)
♡ Additional Hairs - + $10 per (limit of 4)
♡ Additional Accessories - +5 per
♡ Additional Customization (Colorshifts/Blendshapes/Lashes) - +20 per menu
-(ex: Lashes Menu / Color Menu / Split Hair Color / Split Eye Color / Etc )
♡ Additional Toggles - TBD Depending On Toggle (props/acc/interacts)
♡ Quest Converted - +$20
♡ Optimized Versions (for clubs etc) - +20
♡ Additional Headswap or other Body Customization - +$25 per
♡ Custom Face/Body Sculpts for your comm will be an additional $25. Or we can use sculpts from avatars I've made.
♡ More Optimized; This is what I do with my sale avatars. This doesnt make the avatar Green, but lowers the total Mesh counts,Texture memory, Polycount, Etc. I can aim to get them below a certain number if you need. This takes me a lot of extra work which is why it is priced higher. (+50 depending on limit!)Typical work time is 3-5 weeks at most. I offer a rush fee of 50% the total cost if you need it sooner.I will work with you to plan the avatar out, once everything is decided on and the commission is more than 75% done in blender, I will not make changes. If you need stuff changed past that point, I will charge for them!You will receive a full quote before work begins. These additional charges etc are an estimate. Price varies depending on the amount of work and type of avatar. I request 50% before and the rest at the end. If you back out before the commission is finished, the first payment is non-refundable. After work is out of blender, both payments become non-refundable. You are responsible for downloading and saving your Unity file somewhere safe after completion.Please have a mood board/references ready for your commission so I have something to work with. You can also request specific assets! Depending on what you are looking for, if I feel I cannot do what you are looking for I will decline the commission. ♡

Head/Body Base Edits

Price - $25 Personal / $50 Commercial

♡ You must have image references. I will not duplicate or copy another creators style or my own!
♡ You must credit me.
♡ Texture Edits can be requested, but may add to the price depending on complexity.
♡ I allow 2 revisions before charging for further updates.

Unity & Blender Work Comms

I offer different options for Unity/Blender work for other creators! ♡
If you commission me for a Unity/Blender work comm, you must credit me on your listing page!

Unity Work - Starts at $50
♡ Includes: All Toggle Work (Parameters/Fx Layer/Animations), Menu Work, Interacts, Material Setup. Does NOT include Menu Icons unless they are premade/gifted. If you want me to make them for you it will cost an additional $20.
♡ Price varies depending on number of Meshes/Materials/Toggles!
♡ Typical worktime would be about a week or two, but I can also work with your release date!Menu Icons - Starts at $20
♡ Includes Menu Icons for all toggles on your avatar. I cannot make new icons for things added through VRCFury.
♡ Price varies depending on number of toggles in your menus.
♡ Photos for icons can be rendered or taken in game, and can be edited into a cute shape/design of your choice!
♡ Typical worktime would be about a week, but I can work with your release date!Avatar Optimization - Starts at $50
♡ This will NOT make your avatar green, but I can work to decrease material count, mesh count, poly count, and texture memory size. Overall making your avatar better optimized. I can reatlas your textures, lowering the number of materials/texures used, as well as compress textures to lower count.
♡ This takes a lot of time in both blender and unity. Typical worktime would be a week usually.Green Avatar Optimization -Starts at $30
♡ I'll make a Good/Green Optimized version of your avatar. I can try to keep specific outfits/accessories, just let me know!
♡Typical worktime would be a few days to a week.Head/Neck Merge - $15
♡ Merging the head to the body of your avatar so that it is seamless. I'll have to own both the head and body used, and I'll need the textures you are using as well. If I don't own either, you are responsible for gifting them to me for the commission!
♡ Typical worktime is a few days.
